How it works
Four stages, and only one of them needs anything from you on the day.
Before the event
- Create an account and set up your event — name, date, and the window uploads should be open for. It takes about two minutes.
- Your dashboard hands you the QR code as a download, a slideshow link for the screen, and a moderation link for your phone.
- Print the QR for tables, signage, name badges, or the back of the programme. It works anywhere a guest can point a camera.
- Prefer not to do it yourself? Send us the details and we will set it up for you.
On the day
- A guest scans the QR. It opens a web page — no app store, no account, no password.
- They choose photos from their camera roll and hit upload. Their name is optional.
- Each photo appears on the slideshow within a few seconds, and in a gallery anyone can browse.
Keeping it clean
- Open the moderation link on your phone and you see every photo as it arrives.
- Two taps removes anything from the screen instantly — every screen in the room updates at once.
- If you would rather nothing appears unmoderated, we can hold every photo for approval first. Nothing reaches the screen until you say so.
Afterwards
- Download every original in a single zip, at full resolution.
- The gallery stays up so guests can browse and save the ones they want.
- We keep the photos for the length of your plan, then delete them.
A note on outdoor events
Golf courses, festival fields and marquees all have the same problem: patchy signal. Photos taken out of coverage do not fail — they sit in a queue on the phone and send themselves the moment signal comes back. Guests do not have to do anything, and usually never notice.
